The Tubeset for Marshall JTM45 delivers a juicy, direct and clear tone and uses the same tubes as our TAD Plexi45 amp-kit.

In the first position (V1), this tube set features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE which is outstanding because of its high gain, low microphonics, powerful mids and rich overtone sound. Played clean, the TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE delivers a warm liquid tone which is very responsive to dynamic playing.

The following second position (V2) uses our RT-12AX7 12AX7A/ECC83 TAD Premium Selected.This tube provides for very good gain, tight deep bass, fat mids and a silky top end with overall definition and brightness. It is selected with balanced systems and improves overall response

For the third position (V3), we recommend the RT-12AX7 TAD 12AX7A/ECC83 Premium Selected which provides a stunningly warm tone, thick midrange and sweet natural harmonics. Its low noise performance makes it the perfect choice for clean or moderate gain preamps as well as for high-gain amps.

For the power tubes, a pair of our RT822 TAD KT66 PREMIUM Matched works wonders! The TAD KT66 is our remake of the great British KT66 by MOV (MO Valve), GEC, Genalex and Gold Lion. This tube is THE REAL THING.

The rectifier tube is our RT501 GZ34/5AR4-STR TAD PREMIUM SELECTED - a faithfull reproduction of the Mullard/VALVO GZ34. Pure power and the typical sag have been the distinguishing characteristics of the most popular guitar amps of guitar heroes since the 1960s.
