In the first position (V1), this tube set features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE which is outstanding because of its high gain but low microphony, powerful middles and a round, rich overtone sound.

For the second position (V2), we recommend our RT-12AX7 12AX7A/ECC83 TAD Premium Selected. This tube delivers very good gain, tight, deep bass, fat mids and a silky top end with overall definition and brightness.

In the following third position we use our RT-12AX7-SYM TAD 12AX7/ECC83 REDBASE Selection.with balanced systems, perfect for the phase inverter position.

For the power tubes, we only use a matched pair of RT152 TAD E34L-Cz TAD PREMIUM Matched. Their clear and harmonic open top end allows for great clean tone and at the same time, the TAD E34L-Cz offer incredibly powerful mids and equally powerful bass.

Consequently, this EL34 provides a maximum of gain and dynamic response.
