Many manufacturers specify a period of time needed to initialize the Hi-Fi valve. It is therefore essential to enjoy the initial listening impression but not consider it as the final result.
Only after a period of up to 100 operating hours - depending on the type and application - has the tube "broken in" and can unleash its full potential.
