Great capacitor

Used these as coupling caps in a Supro / Valco 5W amp clone. They have that warm, smooth paper in oil tone, but they're also open sounding and have nice highs. Not muddy or muffled at all. Sonically they're on par with the Russian K40Y9 paper in oil caps.
Also, they're reasonably priced, unlike some modern paper in oil caps marketed for guitars and amps.
One suggestion: the outer foil should be marked, in order to correctly connect them for the best sonic results (outher foil should be connected to first stage output or to lower impedance side.)

I built a phono EQ based on Marantz 7 phono stage. TAD paper in oil capacitors exceeds my expectation.

I found clarity at higher frequency.

But fat sound from oil capacitor is there, of course. TAD oil capacitor is very cost effective.
