For a powerful tone with good gain and a tight tone, we recommend the following combination:

4x RT-12AX7
TAD 12AX7/ECC83 REDBASE Premium Selected (~ 7025, 12AX7WA, E83CC)
 
1x RT122
EL34-STR REDBASE TAD Premium Matched Pair
 
Bias has to be adjusted, we recommend 30-35mA.
If your current H&K power tubes show a grade on the sticker on the tube socket, tell us the grade and we can send matching replacement tubes and re-biassing is not needed.
