Tubeset for Hughes & Kettner Triamp Trilogy

The tubeset features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE in the first position (V1). This valve is outstanding because of its high gain, but low microphony, powerful middles and round, rich overtone sound.

For the following positions (V2-V4), we recommend the RT-12AX7 TAD 12AX7A/ECC83 Premium Selected which provides a stunning warm tone, thick midrange and sweet natural harmonics. Its low noise performance makes it the perfect choice for clean or moderate gain preamps as well as for high-gain amps.

For the power tubes, we use only a matched quad of our sensational RT124 TAD EL34 - STR REDBASE TAD PREMIUM Selected. These very dynamic tubes are an authentic remake of the British Mullard EL34. The clear and harmonic open top end allows for great clean tone and at the same time, the TAD EL34-STR REDBASE offers incredibly powerful mids and equally powerful bass.
