Tubeset for Peavey Invective 120

This set features our RT093-HG TAD 7025-WB HIGHGRADE PREMIUM Selection which is outstanding because of its high gain, low microphony, powerful middles and a round, rich overtone sound.

On the following pre-amp positions, we use the RT-12AX7 TAD 12AX7/ECC83 REDBASE Premium Selected tubes. They produce a great and dense sound from the lows through the highs.

As power tubes, we recommend our RT104 6L6GCM-STR REDBASE TAD Premium Selected. This matched quartet is the perfect choice for the tone of the rock legends with powerful deep bass and clear but pleasing airy top end. They cater for lively clean sounds as well as push the low end with pressure and are therefore the perfect choice for any rocking sound.

When installing the new power tubes, bias needs to be adjusted - we recommend 28-32mA.
