For channel 1, in the first position (V1), this tube set features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE which is outstanding because of its high gain, but low microphony, powerful middles and a round, rich overtone sound.

The input tube for channel 2 (V2) we use our RT030 7025/E83CC HIGHGRADE TAD Premium Selected This tube serves as the foundation for warm clean sounds with punchy mids and a fat overdrive sound with a smooth top end.

The following two positions have our RT-12AX7 TAD 12AX7/ECC83 REDBASE Premium Selected. This tube delivers very good gain, tight deep bass, fat mids and a silky top end.

For the power tubes, we chose our RT374 TAD EL84M Premium Matched - cutting through tone and powerful performance make this tube a great choice for the amp.

For the rectifier tube, we recommend our RT501 GZ34/5AR4-STR TAD Premium Selected, a faithfull reproduction of the Mullard/VALVO GZ34. Pure power and the typical sag have been the distinguishing characteristics of the most popular guitar amps of guitar heroes since the 1960s.

No Rebiasing is needed since the amp runs on a cathode biased Class A mode!
