Our tubeset for the Fender Pro Junior (fits (auch Fender Pro Junior IV LTD also!) features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE for the first position (V1). It does not show any signs of microphony, even with high-gain amps. It creates a fat midrange and true overtone sound. Its dynamic responsiveness and its warm and rich tone when played clean, give your tone a sensational and new liveliness. When pushed into distortion, the 7025 provides for lots of sustain and well-defined mid-range punch.

For the following position (V2), we recommend our RT-12AX7 12AX7/ECC83 TAD Premium Selected. This tube delivers very good gain, tight deep bass, fat mids and silky top end with overall definition and brightness.

For the power tubes, we chose a matched pair of our RT272 TAD-EL84STR power tubes with high-class cathode coating, plate options and gold grid wire, and therefore overall reliability. The sound is very harmonic in the middle and treble frequencies, without adding too much power to the bass. The result is the best EL84 in current production. No compromise!

The Bias has to be set up since amp is not an Class A Amp.

The Pro Junior IV however, has an autobias mode - so no bias adjustment is necessary there.
