In the first position (V1), this tube set features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE which is outstanding because of its high gain, but low microphony, powerful middles and a round, rich overtone sound. Played clean, the TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE delivers a warm liquid tone which is very responsive to dynamic playing.

The power stage uses our RT831 TAD 6V6GT-STR for a sweet and full-bodied tone with silky highs.

We furthermore recommend exchanging the stockspeaker for the upgrade-speaker shown below.

Biassing not needed.

just what it needed!

Can't emphasize on what a difference this change (tubes and speaker) does to the little Champ 600! Should have done this long time ago.
Must go together with the Jensen alnico speaker on this one, tone heaven for me.

Buy this set!! This is how a Fender 600 should sound. Big upgrade. Full, warm, creamy tones.

Together with the the upgrade Jensen speaker it's one of the best small amps available.
