Tubeset for Engl Special Edition E670 with EL34

This tube set features our RT030 7025/E83CC HIGHGRADE TAD Premium Selected in the first position (V5!). This tube serves as the foundation for warm clean sounds with punchy mids and a fat overdrive sound with a smooth top end.

For the following positions (V6-V9), we recommend our RT095 12AX7A/ECC83 TAD Premium Selected.This tube provides for very good gain, tight deep bass, fat mids and a silky top end with overall definition and brightness. It is selected with balanced systems and improves overall response

The power tube section features a matched quad of our new RT124 TAD EL34 - STR REDBASE TAD PREMIUM Selected. The clear and harmonic open top end allows for great clean tones and at the same time the TAD EL34-STR Redbase offers incredibly powerful mids and an equally powerful bass.

For the bias-adjustment, use the amp's inherent system. In case the power tubes still have a sticker on the socket showing the selection grade, we can send corresponding vallues so a bias-adjustment can be skipped.
