Our Tubeset for the Ironball features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE in the first position (V1). This tube is outstanding because of its high gain, but low microphony, powerful middles and a round, rich overtone sound.

For the following positions (V2-V4), we recommend our RT-12AX7 12AX7A/ECC83 TAD Premium Selected.This tube provides for very good gain, tight deep bass, fat mids and a silky top end with overall definition and brightness. It is selected with balanced systems and improves overall response

For the Ironball power tubes, we highly recommend our RT272 EL84-Cz TAD Premium Matched, a matched pair of our roughnecks. They deliver an extra amount of powerful bass response and a big and very dynamic tone.
