Bad quality

The screw on contact fell apart when i tried it the first time.

sorry to hear about. you mean the fixing set screw of the original USA made Switchcraft connector "fell apart"? This is a steel screw. I never saw a steel screw falling apart. Do I miss the point?  Can you provide a picture please? thanks.
