Tubeset for Laney GH30R, GH50R, GH30R-112, GH50R-212
 
The tubeset features our RT030 TAD 7025 / E83CC-Cz HIGHGRADE in the first position (V1). This valve is outstanding because of its high gain, but low microphony, powerful middles and round, rich overtone sound.
 
For the following positions (V2+V4), we recommend the new RT095 TAD 12AX7A/ECC83 Premium Selected which provides a stunning warm tone, thick midrange and sweet natural harmonics. Its low noise performance makes it the perfect choice for clean or moderate gain preamps as well as for high-gain amps.
 
The following third position (V3) uses our RT095 12AX7A/ECC83  TAD Premium Selectedfor a superb and dynamic tone providing sustain and very musical mids.
 
For the power tubes, we use only a matched pair of our sensational RT122 EL34-STR REDBASE TAD Premium Matched.  The clear and harmonic open top end allows for great clean tone and at the same time, the TAD EL34-STR REDBASE offers incredibly powerful mids and equally powerful bass.  Consequently, this EL34 provides a maximum of gain and dynamic response.

The TAD™ 6V6GT-CZ has been added to the TAD Premium line in 2020. It is a glass envelope beam pentode having a plate dissipation rating of 14 Watts with convection cooling. It is intended for audio frequency power amplification service in either pentode, ultra-linear or triode connection and single or push-pull/parallel applications. 
The TAD™ 6V6GT-CZ has an extended plate voltage range which makes it ideal for higher power amplifiers like Jim Kelly and as an electric reliable substitute for overload conditions which are often seen with guitar amplifiers. Close manufacturing specification tolerances and improved processing provide enhanced reliability and superior sonic performance. 
The TAD™ 6V6GT-CZ is designed to be a direct replacement for any 6V6, 6V6GTA, 6V6GTY, 6V6Y, 5871, 7184 or equivalent.
Due to the higher voltage withstand the size is enlarged compared to other 6V6 tubes.
