The Wah Chassis are from surplus.
The devices offered are supplied completely assembled with pc board, jacks, pot, foot-switch, inductor etc. but we POINT OUT CLEARLY that we offer them just as chassis WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIE ON THE FUNCTION of the components.
However, the metal chassis are beautifully finished and the perfect chassis for DIY buildung Wah pedals.
 
The housing comes with base plate.

Build solidly as a tank...smooth pedal action and nice frequency response...only small repair needed.

Battery clip in plastic however.

Good item for the price, ideal for diy custom pedals (i'll use for a volume/wha pedal mod).

Nice solid hardware but on the heavy side. Over 2kg is pretty far from 0.84kg stated in TAD specs.

nice solid casting. Right size and good looks. Only downside is the cheap plastic botum.Good value for money.

TAD: plastic is only the battery holder. The pedal bottom itself is black sheet metal as per traditional design.
