The Legendary Winged -C- Selected From the Original Svetlana Production
The Svetlana EL34 is very dependable and our recommended choice for combos. It has little less power, but therefor a nicely balanced tone with fine heights, very detailed and musical mids and just the right amount of bass. This tube is another example where our TAD burn-in and matching processes optimize the sound potential of any tube:
the clear and lively tone and its three-dimensional character that can be achieved with matched TAD tubes speaks for itself.
The TAD EL34-SVT is identical to the stock tube used by Marshall for the JCM2000 TSL/DSL series.
It is the only EL34 version that we do recommend for these amp models.
Q: When does a power tube become a Premium Selected power tube?
A: All power tubes labeled Premium Selected have passed the following tests:
- Plate Current (PC) and Amplification (TC)
- Low Noise Test
- Microphonic Test
- Sonic Tests
- Shock Tests
- Listening Tests
- Shorts & Leakage Tests
Premium RT-Matching of Power Tubes
Our Premium Matching is an exact matching of power tubes with identical Plate Current (PC) and Transconductance (TC).
TAD Premium Selected tubes are guaranteed for a period of 6 months (according to terms of warranties) for the quality criteria mentioned above.

Needed a replacement Reverb Tank for Fender Custom Vibrolux.
TAD shipped from Germany to UK and item arrived in 3 days, with supporting e-mails confirming progress of the order during the brief shipping period.
Fantastic service.

Good sounding, nice-price, reliable workhorse.
Good standard-tube ! :-)
Can be just a little thin for a bass amp at high volumes, like a Marshall SuperBass 100W, but thats only by my taste...
Have used it in lots of guitar amps, and it just sounds great !
Cheers / Dr Frost
