Very good speaker. I’ve become a Celestion junkie over the last decade and have many of them. I imported a quad of these G12TAD’s to the U.S. last year and have them loaded in a Marshall 1960A. I can’t emphasize enough that they need to be broken in. There is a good amount of doping on them. I used a loop pedal with a combination of real playing and pink noise to help break them in. They were stiff at first, but after a number of hours the mids became more musical sounding and the coveted “woody” Celestion tone began to emerge when using a dirty amp. Clean tones have a beautiful sparkle to them as well. They will continue to sweeten over time. Danke an Carmen für ihre Hilfe.
