I bought them a half year ago. The second time i used them was today. The noval probe work good on ceramic sockets. Fender original or belzer don´t work,.
Pins on El84 tubes measure 0.85mm and pin3 is replaced with a 1mm pin. It ended with a prob was stuck in the socket and broke .

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our product. Apparently, there was a mix-up error during assembly. One pin having an oversized diameter causing the issue you report. This was a single case error this has been fixed in the meantime.
However, we are convinced of the quality of our adapter, which we manufacture here in Germany.
We will therefore send you a new adapter shortly to convince you of its quality.
