Seit 2020 in der TAD Produktlinie ist die TAD™ 6V6GT-CZ. 
Eine Beam-Pentode mit 14 Watt Anodenverlustleistung mit Konvektionskühlung. 
Die TAD™ 6V6GT-CZ zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie gegenüber regulären 6V6GT auch mit erhöhter Anodenspannung (max. 500V) und Gitter-2 Spannung (max. 450V) belastbar ist. Dadurch eignet sie sich insbesondere für Verstärker mit erhöhten Anforderungen wie z.B. Jim Kelly und als zuverlässige Lösung für Endstufen die im Sättigungsbereich berieben werden; eine Betriebsart die oft in Gitarrenverstärkern anzutreffen ist. In HiFi-Verstärkern ist mit eine höheren Klarheit und Peakverstärkung zu rechnen.  
Die TAD™ 6V6GT-CZ kann direkt an Stelle von 6V6, 6V6GTA, 6V6GTY, 6V6Y, 5871, 7184 oder äquivalenten Typen eingesetzt werden.
 
Bitte Beachten bei Geräten mit Beschränkung in der Bauhöhe: aufgrund der höheren Spannungsfestigkeit verwendet die TAD 6V6GT-CZ ein höheres Glas. Abmessungen laut Datenblatt bitte beachten.
