New heavy duty remake the classic 6550A tube with a heavy straight glass envelope, polished metal base. This tube got amazingly popular for bass guitar amps and High End HiFi applications.

All TAD power tubes are carefully tested and matched with our special Matching system. Matching is done by both plate current and transconductance. Each tube is marked with the plate current and transconductance for that tube. We offer matched pairs, quartets, sextets, octets and duodecets.
