Diese Schaltung, direkt am Overdrive platziert, bewirkt eine Umwandlung des hochohmigen Gitarrensignals in ein niederohmiges Ausgangssignals. Die Vorteile dieser Schaltung sind verminderte Störgeräusche und ein gleichbleibender Ton, unabhängig von der nachfolgenden Kabellänge.
Moollon verwendet unterschiedliches Kabel- und Litzenmaterial für die unterschiedlichen Verbindungen von Ein- und Ausgang um die Signale nahezu verlustfrei zu transportieren und so wieder ein Optimum an Ton zu erreichen.
